I do think as long as a party of hate has the power it has, we are in trouble. Yes, we can vote be we have to go further than that. We have to solidify certain liberty and armor the constitution. We can’t allow anyone to legally poke holes in it ever again anyone. Lawyers have poked holes in the constitution for too long. What is says it what it says and there should be no way around that. I’ll give you an example: the sixth Amendment guarantees criminals the right to a public trial without delays of any kind, the right to impartial juries, and the right to know who their accusers and charges against them, often times this is not recognized especially for poor people and minorities. The eight amendment declares no excessive bail can be required, no excessive fines imposed, and no cruel and unusual punishment inflicted. How many people are not afforded these constitutional rights? It does not surprise me they overturned Roe v Wade. It doesn’t surprise me at all. They have been ignoring citizens constitution rights for fucking years. We have to do more than vote, we have to demand atonement, accountability, that’s what we most do.
