Wow, I knew RJ had issues but I didn’t know it was that serious. He never really talked to me but Rachel was pretty cool. I use to think it was pretty said we don’t hardly see them but now I’m glad we don’t. On the anniversary of Becca’s death RJ went to jail for assault remember that JJ? He said every year on the day of his mother’s death he was going to beat the hell out of someone. Someone is going to kill him too if he’s not careful.

I watched the show Mark and man was it hard to look at some of those people once they started talking about what they experience in day to day life. More of us need to speak out like that white women did in regards to that Starbucks issue. She and the black lady are friends now so it’s true if we step out of our bubble we might meet our best, closest friends.

No JJ he doesn’t talk to us much I think he’s into criminal activity and when I called him on it he gave me the finger and I haven’t heard from him since. That was right after Christmas. RJ is his mother’s son. He has a lot of Rebecca’s traits so on that note, he can continue to maintain his distance. We have also moved since then and since he disappeared he doesn’t know where to find us. We are no longer in New Jersey.

Yes, I am more than aware of how he feels. He gave me a piece of his mind when I married Ebony. Rachel never did hang around much after her mother and I divorced but RJ was with me for a while. It’s sad but it’s his choice. He’s really freaking out because he has a half black sister his mother abandoned when she was an infant. She’s a little older than Shawn and she’s been through quite a bit as well.

I am honestly a little put off by how you all are reacting to Brice. He asked a question, a basic question to me and everyone jumped down his throat. I know things go on but I think all of us have troubles of some sort to some degree. It’s the world we live in. We all just have to do the best we can to survive and it’s not always easy. Women have it tough in this world too. We are a minority in every way. The same things that happen to black people happen to women. We aren’t paid fairly, we aren’t treated fairly, we are judged unfairly, and all over the world men like to treat us like property, second class citizens. I’m just saying, at least the woman can shop at a store that at on point in time would not have been allowed. At least she was able to move into a better neighborhood. At least the black man who adjusted his behavior every day was making an effort to blind in with the culture around him. I know those who were stopped by police were upset but they didn’t go to jail so eventually they were believed. I think when we talk about racial issues we need to not center on the act but the outcome more. Things are coming to our attention and that is a positive. I don’t think white people ignore what is happening I think it’s hard to know what to do or say when we see it happening. It catches many of us off guard. That white woman in Starbucks didn’t react first a black woman did and she joined in. There has to be a leader for all of us because like Mark says, not all of us have a leadership personality or qualities of a leader.

I see things all the time at work, but I saw a lot more when I was married to my ex. She also had a very racist family. I don’t miss them at all. I have to say racism is ugly and racist white people always say and asked degrading questions when this type of discussion comes up. I actually thought what the one white guy said about black people being too2 involved with the police, offensive. I know we just hear about it more often when it’s black people but white people have plenty of police encounters this is a fact. I lived in a trailer park and shows like the 1st 48 need to target those areas and the country would see white people act worse than black people.

I think, unlike Ashley, what the problem is, is that kind of thinking. Too much is being made of a bad situation. That’s what I took from what you said. Are you serious? You really can see a bright spot in all of this? If so you are among the few and I’m sorry I find what you said way more offensive than what Brice asked. He asked a question you made some pretty heartless comments. I think the heartless reaction to racism is what keeps it alive. My father was racists and it was ugly in every way. Your step mother is a BITCH!! I’ve met her and she reminds me of my father. I don’t understand you because she is your step mother and isn’t that nice to you because you have black in you. I’m sorry I don’t understand you or your attitude at all and I’m offended.

I have seen this kind of approach to this problem all the time, at work, at school, in my first marriage, and when I go around me father and his family. White people keep racism alive and that’s how that monster got elected into the white house. It’s ugly in every way and it is killing, abusing, and I don’t feel sorry for ugly ass Sessions! He’s a monster and I can’t wait until Carma really hits the whole damn lot of them. How’s that for making to much of all of this, Ashley?
