Okay, technically the president can pardon but he can't pardon himself because there is no need. A president can never be sent to prison no matter what. They are forever exempt of this outcome for many good reasons. So, he can't be charged with a crime, be tried, or convicted. EVER!
Even if he is guilty as hell. So all of this talk of pardoning himself is wasted air. We have never had a president of member of congress indited or sentenced in a court of law. We have never had any member of congress serve time in prison when some of them certainly deserved to. There is a reason for that, which is one of the reason I was really upset when he was elected because that criminal will never pay for all the many crimes he has committed. He can and will be impeached, congress will soon have no choice but to act accordingly. He can do nothing about impeachment and removal from office, that is a fact.
Michael and Jay…that’s just the tip of the iceberg. unlike elected members of congress, law enforcement officers in any capacity, can face criminal charges. Murder is murder and bad officers sadly are escaping any consequences for these heinous atrocities. Let me break it down. Most white people believe laws are put into place to govern minorities not white people. Only minorities can be found guilty and labeled as criminals who break the laws that are enacted specifically to govern them. They honestly believe the white race is favored by God and manmade laws are for the dehumanized minorities. The laws simply don’t apply to them. That’s the root of the issues we face when it comes to what race behaves the worse. Clearly, most of the crimes white people are guilty of are worse because they hurt hundreds of people not just one or a couple, hundreds.
