Return Policy
We confidently guarantee our products and services and certainly want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, in the event you find your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the following return options:
All book sales are final. However, we offer replacement for items damaged in transit. The damaged item should be returned to us via US mail and a replacement will be shipped overnight at no additional charge. We offer Income Tax preparation during tax season at a fee of $75.00 for short form and $110.00-$175.00 on all long forms. There is no return on fees for tax preparation as we will thoroughly go over all forms with clients and provide access to copies before submitting documents to the IRS. We also do form services such as custom résumé preparation specific to your career field. There are no refunds or returns on purchased résumé templates or those that have been contumely prepared.
We do not offer credits on products or services.

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements for books and printed documents are handled via the website only. If you wish to cancel an order after the order process has been complete, please call customer Service at 1 813-758-5714 and a group associate will be happy to assist you with canceling your order.
Returning by mail
- All damaged items should be returned via US mail, replacements will ship overnight at no further cost to the customer. We will supply tracking information an all mailed items.
