Thanks everyone for participating in this conversation. Now...January is on it's way in so please enjoy your holiday, vote on your favorite article for 2016, and prepare yourselves for the fast. Remember it is a fast of all unnatural foods, unnatural carbs, white food products, pasta, dairy, yes dairy, potatoes, rice, any spliced fruits, yes they are out there. It is unnatural and should be avoided. Bananas, yes bananas. The list will be emailed so prepare for it.will last 29 days, four weeks. it will begin on the Monday the 2nd of January and ending on Monday the 30th of January. Enjoy your holiday meals folks :lol: :lol: I know I am.

Look this site over forum family, it will help even beyond our 29 day fast. No bananas or grapes and let's take it easy on the fruits. Go for half of any fruit you eat and that's a day. No dairy, none not even cheese and butter. plenty of eggs. Olive and coconut oil. Red and black beans only. Nothing white, flour, sugar, rice. No candy, donuts, soft drinks, sweet drinks, cake, pastries, or vegetables that grow under ground, yes that includes onions, try green onions for 29 days. See....I was...slowly eating my delicious breakfast this morning my good wife fixed with her own hands, with her mother's help, good job baby. And I read this and I was...you know...a little disturbed that you would...do this sis....then my wife rubbed my shoulders gave me some coffee and I took a deep breath you know....wooo saaaed, and reread your post sweet sister. I love the embellishment and I calmed way down. I looked at the hits and you are right, so the rerunning article in January will be "The Big Picture". :lol:
