My thing is those voting for Trump aren’t doing it for any real issues, but because he’s promising to make America white only again. They want a leader that justifies their racist views and let me tell you I am a strong activist for Black Lives Matter and my standing up to racist white people is opening the door for other white people who share my views. They are in this boat alone now and that will come out in times to come. Mason, keep praying lady.

I have always been an advocate for black people and I continue to be an advocate. Wrong is wrong all day long and this brutal way of dealing with black people is and always has been wrong. I stand with my brother and today four people were let go. As they arrived and saw the space they occupied was deserted. The business was relocated, something we have been working on for over a year. Their positions were refilled over a month ago when some of the employees began reporting to the new location. A new work ethic addendum was signed by all employees making racial misconduct on the same level as sexual harassment. They arrived to be handed their final pay check and their pink slips with the explanation for why they were being separated. This is how we start handling racial biases on the job. It will not be tolerated.

Steps are being taken. The FBI will have a data base in a couple years that keeps a record of all police related shootings in the country, tracking the use of excessive force. I’m still on the job and because of my position I am able to voice my discomfort about how things have been handled in this country damnit. I am feed up as well. No more excuses, this is not an acceptable way of handling offenders. Come on fatally shooting a man in front of his wife! That is horrible and there is no excuse for it. The Zimmerman thing set off a chain reaction and all the supper racist people in law enforcement were inspired when he got away with it. That’s what the message his acquittal sent. White law enforcement officers will not pay for murdering black men and women. We need to change that message right away. accountability is a must and no acceptance is as well.

Mason you broke this down the way it needs to be broken down. I am so sick of hearing about this and I am speaking up whenever I hear people saying the same of racist mess. I’m not remaining quiet and two people were fired over the past few days for openly expressing their racist views in a way that was offensive to black people and some white people who have black people in their family. I’m glad this action was not accepted or tolerated. That’s what we all need to do white people, stop tolerating prejudice.

I just think we all need to continue to stand against injustices like no accountability for murder. Murder is murder and it needs to be seen and viewed as murder no matter who the murderer is. All life matters and right now this country needs to be reminded that Black Lives Matter as much as White lives. It’s time for those of us who are in the five percent stand up and be the leaders we are being in that top five percent. The spirit of genocide in this country goes back to its founding like Kelton clearly points out. It’s a spirit of destruction, lies, excuses, and blaming the victims for what is happening to them instead of doing the honorable thing and excepting responsibility for one’s wrongs. Mason, well put my dear, well put.

It is going to take time but black people need and deserve to see steps being taken to bring about equality in the country they were also born in. Kelton is right, no one in this country has the right to tell someone else to leave except the Natives. So those saying that prove they are as ignorant as the republican nominee for president. It sounds like everyone is making steps to show an intense dislike and non tolerance for racial biases and that’s all we are asking.
