Mason we talked about all of this during the meeting, talking about what separates us from the Christian religion today. I have family that won’t visit the site either because of mom, and they don’t want to be taken away from their way of believing, worshiping. It’s so crazy but I keep coming back to the 95/5.

Questions people ask me is about interracial marriage. And I think it’s because I’m in an interracial marriage. And all those who are in an interracial marriage get asked this question because of our marital status. It’s shocking but I tell them in our faith we know true God knows we’re all a part of the human race and he does not care if we marry someone outside of our ethnicity.

Basically we are like Mark says, a more logical, rational belief structure. I get asked do we think other religions worship false Gods and I said yes and I meant yes. God is love not hate and God does nothing that is hateful, true God that is.

I think the meeting was great like always. I really like normal people start to come in and join us. I think everyone was having a very good time including me. We always have a good time at the meeting.

As for the question I get asked most of it has to do with why do we don’t believe in the Bible. I just tell them we just don’t think God fairly and accurately represented in the Old Testament and I always use the story of Abraham and his son he was asked to murder in the form of a sacrifice. Christians really try to explain that and it just doesn’t hold water. We think God is a loving God not a vengeful, spiteful, punishing God.

If I had any question about my faith they were put further to rest at this meeting. Man we draw a crowd. Mason those songs you picked really ring out and draw people in. I love it. Barb, Rod, it was hard seeing you two apart just as it’s going to be hard seeing Mason and Mike apart but I commend the both of you for handling it the way you are.

I actually get asked am I sure I’m in the right faith. I smile and nod. I am very sure.

Wow the meeting really touched on how advanced our faith is when compared to other religions. We are more mature and civilized. They are so lost and it’s sad because I keep hearing Mason describe them as living in blissful ignorance. The sad thing is when they lose something special to them, someone dear, they blame God. It’s crazy to me.

I don’t get asked many questions. During the meeting I was asked about the marriage process, the steps I explained them and they smiled and said they liked it.
