Most High Father,

We come to you and asked for strength at this time of sorrow that comes when we lose one who is cherished. Although we come into this world with an understanding this is a temporary form of existence, the bonds we form are greatly tested when one who is near and dear to us is no longer with us. Most High, it is a fact that life is one of you most precious gifts and we know how much you value life. As human’s, we know that although our bodies are resilient they are also fragile, particularly at certain stages in the life cycle. This precious gift given to us all is immeasurable especially when it comes to man’s form of monetary value. People come into our lives and become a part of our lives forming strong connections that bind us together with a love that only grows with each passing moment. There is nothing like the love shared between two people, and there is no grater since of loss, and sometimes even abandonment, felt by those who have lost someone they cherish. Another gift we come to appreciate is that of family and close friends who are there when we are at our weakest and most sorrowful. To know we are not alone at times like these is a blessing that is also immeasurably valuable. We are bond to one another through your love and strengthened as we realize this is what holds us up when grief makes us feel as if we will fall. It is your way of insures us we are never alone especially during our time of great loss. We have not been abandoned as you and your love are everlasting. So we pray that we remain aware of and find strength and comfort in this truth Most High Father. For all those who are experiencing such a loss, help us to understand that as fellow humans, our role is to be supportive of those directly affected by the loss of a loved one, and you alone can and will provide the ease and comfort of heart. This is a process that requires time and patience. We also most remember that our love ones have simply moved on to their next place in the life cycle and we have to find comfort in knowing this next stage is into a better existence. They survived, passed the tests, and have successfully graduated. Now they move on to a new peaceful life, surrounded in the beauty of love, peace, and joy that will last forever more. They have earned this after fighting a good fight, they are victorious they made it, they were successful.

Thank you Most High Father
Amen

My sweet sister, this is a beautiful prayer and I'll add that we all seek guidance in regards to our response to others at their time grief and sorrow. Let us seek to speak the right words at the right time, To be that shoulder and remain silent when this is what is appropriate. To listen and hear, as we often reveal what is needed even we aren't aware of the revelation. Let us be careful to show compassion and allow grief to run it's course. These are the thing we seek in prayer so that we are assured we are doing and saying what is appropriate, and needed most, at the time it is needed most.

I glad the Judge was with us one last time. I glad we see his smiling face and hear him laugh. I glad for the time we have him we blessed to have him in our lives. I feel a hole that leak air in my stomach and I cry. It is so hard to lose one who is close. Mason this is good prayer and I pray to be strong because I am not to strong in my grief.

Mason that's a beautiful prayer. I will miss the Judge's warm smile, his laughter, and his wisdom. Yes this is a sad time for us all and we will all feel the emptiness that was once his presences.

My parents grew close to Jim and their grief is so very obvious. Karen please know that you are not alone at this delicate time. Your Gnostic family is here for you in whatever capacity you need us to be. May the Most High continue to bring you strength and comfort and please do not rush this process, grieve because that is healthy. Jim will be missed in ways that I can’t find the words to express adequately.
