We confidently guarantee our products and services and certainly want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, in the event you find your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the following return options:
All book sales are final. However, we offer replacement for items damaged in transit. The damaged item should be returned to us via US mail and a replacement will be shipped overnight at no additional charge.
We do not offer credits on products or services.

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements for books and printed documents are handled via the website only. If you wish to cancel an order after the order process has been complete, please call customer Service at 1 702-260-1500 and a group associate will be happy to assist you with canceling your order.
Returning by mail
- All damaged items should be returned via US mail, replacements will ship overnight at no further cost to the customer. We will supply tracking information an all mailed items.
