So, let's talk about people we know who are toxic and those who bring us joy. I like my brother Mark, he is an example of positive, righteous energy because no matter how much shit is going on in his life, he never lets it change how he treats others. Now i know a whole of Toxic people, some of them are closely related to me. I have children who fall into this category. They lying, the attempt to blacken, they Inability to show empathy. Toxic people embody two or more of the seven deadly sins. We know these are negative behaviors that or excessive, which is what makes them sins. So, let the conversation begin.

I start this off, Negative energy, my first wife, OMG talking hell. Don’t ask me what I saw because I can’t tell you. I think we get caught up in societies expectations and try to assimilate. Let’s say, it was the outward looks I went for but that inner self was ugly. She complained about everything and she was very racist as where her folks. It wasn’t a good five years, that’s as long as I could deal with it.

I agree with Mason about positive people and her selection of Mark. I mean he is always making me laugh about something. No matter what he’s going through he makes those around him happy. His whole family is that way. Sir Paul made people happy all the time.

We have a couple negative people in our family. I hate to say it, they are always the racist ones too. All they do is complain and talk about people. They hate the homeless, hate people immigrating her and as far as I’m concerned this is the Native American’s land. All of our ancestors migrated here except the black people. I agree racism is the rot of this country and we need to wake up and really see that. No more ignoring what is right in front of us.

I think Mark is super cool I really do. He is a very positive person. Mason is too, she’s going through so much with her daughter and grandchildren but she never shows it. We have to just imagine what it must be like for her and keep her in our prayers.

You can cut the negative energy with a knife whenever they are around. I start to feel sick to my stomach so, I just don’t deal with them. And then there is my wife’s family. They are the total opposite and I feel good around them. I also feel good around our Gnostic group.

With white people it’s racism, with black people it’s bitterness and envy. I agree with Braxton, sometimes people have such a thick negative energy it makes you feel sick. It is repelling and I’m always called the uppity one. No I just don’t like all that negative shit. I think it ages people faster too.

I just thank God I have a lot of positive people around me especially my husband. I was blessed when I met him and I love him so much.
