I know my grandparents only care about religion when it benefits them. They like to use it against you or against whoever they feel is not in their Circle. I was always confused by it asking the very questions Mason described in this article. Why in the world does a god need money? And then you see a building block longhouses driving the most expensive cars some of them even have a chauffeur. Not to mention the ones going around here in their private jets. I am having no trouble believing everything that’s in this article because I’ve seen it with my own eyes. It’s just refreshing to have it verbalized and represent it for what it is. Great article Mason.

First, I want you all to hear it from me, I am having some health issues that served to remind me I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I'm stable, looking at surgery if the Most High says that is the way to go, and please give me the gift of your prayers for strength.

Honey…you were so bad     . But I was always glad when you decided we weren’t going that week. As time went on we went less and less and we were very happy. It became so rare that we went it made us sigh when we did go, at weddings or funerals, when friends would as us why we weren’t attending. Karen was very honest with them. Once she said I needed the extra money to buy our daughter some clothes. I gasped but when the other wives started recounting times when they did the same thing I just shook my head. I can’t even begin to say how refreshing it is to worship and give when we are comfortable to causes we know directly benefit those in need.

Of course our family religion is Catholic. And we all know how the Catholics do things. It’s just disturbing to actually realize or all of our really deep-rooted ways of handling things come from. I mean we learn to blame the victim via religion. We learn not to care about ourselves because if we do we’re selfish and that’s a sin. We learn we have to give way more than we receive so look at hell misrepresented that same is. Mason is so right and they do get upset when you question why they need so much money. They want to tell you all those things mentioned in the article and yeah when you don’t get your blessing you don’t have faith not praying right. It’s just disgusting but true Mason is right.

Well, church rejected me all the time. I was always I need and they could never help me out. I decided God didn’t love me that’s why my parents abandoned me in the first place. Life changed for me when I stumbled upon The Ephesus Group while surfing the net at a public library. I was supposed to be looking for job. I managed to post a photo and Mason told me I looked like a model and it went from there. It was immediate. I also immediately stopped thinking God hated me and I began to feel as if he just had to get me to the right people and I still feel that way. I didn’t have all the bad experiences most people experienced in church and I’m glad.

Well now I know why I didn’t like church. I was a borderline atheist to. To me it always had too much man in it. They have put God on the same level as humans. And why would I want to worship a god that is no better than me? So I just want to go to church I got tired of worrying about what I was going to get punished for now. And again it seem to favor my wife my ex-wife and we were we went in a bad marriage. I was always the bad guy she could do no wrong. All of that was more than I was willing to deal with now I know why. Thank you Mason for clearing that up.

I grew up Baptist and we all know what that means. Me and we heard all of these things Mason and it was always presented in a manipulative way that made you feel guilty if you didn’t agree. I was one of those people just didn’t go to church because I’m it was put me in the poor house. I used to always say I can’t afford to church. Now I know there was nothing wrong with me and that is a relief. I really enjoy this article Mason.
