I particularly want all of you to share an encounter you've recently had with a homeless person, a struggling person in any capacity. Tell us what you learned and what outcome you arrived at as a result of the encounter.

Okay...I won't discuss the occupants in the White House but I have to say in light of our August article topic, we have a political party that has now become known as the racist party. I'll go a step further and say they are the heartless party. The party that doesn't care about being humane in any way shape or form. They don't think being a human comes with any inherit rights. Clearly most of them don't even think some of us deserve to be classified as humans.

I stopped ad talked to a homeless man, offered him $300 to sit and chat with me. He lost his job and wasn't able to find another job in time to save his home. He said for a while he lived in his car. He said he couldn't even sleep in his car without being harassed by law enforcement. The towed his car while he was out getting something to eat and he's been in and out of shelters for over five years. He said he's broken. I asked him how broken, he said completely. He said humans are so cruel and he used to be the same way. He was also prejudice and the very people he didn't like are the only ones who do anything for him. Black people feed him, give him money when he's on the side of the road, and one black family paid for him to stay in a extended stay for a month. He said it was like heaven and he cried when it was time to leave. I didn't just leave him there but he knows he has to make an effort to do better for himself when help is offered and I think he's ready to get off the street.

Jay and I can't see, at this point, how any minority fancies themselves republican. I mean the writing was suddenly crystal clear despite all the subliminal messages they have successfully used to shield the public from the reality of truth. They are finally exposed.

I approached a homeless person and they are very afraid. It brought tears to my eyes because these are human beings whose worse enemy or most deadly enemy is other human beings. I extended my hand and he backed away. I asked him what I could do and he shook his head. I told him I would try my best to help him. He was white and he asked me why would I do that? I told him I was an Gnostic Humanitarian and he nodded. He said he was hungry I asked him what he wanted to eat and he smiled and said red lobster. I smiled and nodded. I asked him to give me his order he did and I left to get it. He promised me he would be in the same spot waiting. He was testing me I knew it. I picked up his food and brought it back and he was shocked but he nodded. I asked him if there was anything else and he told me no I had made the world of difference for him in his final days. He told me he had terminal cancer and I slowly sat down beside him. His name is David. My God how did we fall this far from any semblance of humanity? I asked him again what I could do and he said hold his hand for a moment and I gladly took his strong hand. I just sat with him and he told me to stay the way I am and to help others like him. That was all he wanted. I will never forget him and never forget the experience.

Well the shit yesterday has the market falling.

I didn’t speak to one homeless person but we are looking into opening a more efficient shelter in my area. There is none thus far and what was here lost funding. I think it’s time for those of us who have to step up and do something about this homeless situation and we are looking at creating a foundation that works to assist our nations less fortunate instead of big organization that only cater to particular interest that doesn’t benefit the average American. I was really moved by that family in Trenton NJ who won all that money and decided to do something for the needed in a poor community. I’m also inspired by Virgil in UE who changes the course of humanity one community at a time.

I want to know how much Trump is paying that black sale out in his audience holding the black people support trump sign. He’s always at his rallies the same black man so it’s obvious he’s being paid to show up with that sign and show support. It shows we have a con man in the white house and he thinks we Americans are stupid and can’t see things clearly.

Tony and I visited a shelter with families, spoke to some of the people there, the homeless people. We met a family and we will take them step by step into a life where they are self=sufficient. Dad lost his job during recession and has struggled to find adequate employment. He is young, his wife is too and they have three small children. Every year we will pick some people to try to get on a self-reliant path.

I have to say we have an insane being in the white house.

I have a friend with a homeless relative. He has some mental disorders and can’t afford to get treatment so he struggles. I was able to speak with him for this project. He struggles to fit in he says so he just needs a little help. When I asked what we could do he just wanted to take a shower and get clean. We allowed him to do that and gave him a good meal. He ate slow and I knew it was because he didn’t want to go back out to the street. He said people are really mean. Well he is going into the intake process where he will finally get the help he needs.
