I’m one of them who didn’t go to college but I get a college education being a part of this group. I have never had an esteem problem but I know many people who do have this problem. They are hell on wheel’s I tell you that.

I haven’t met many rich or wealthy leaders but I can see how having the qualities mentioned in this article would make them bad leaders. I only know wealthy leaders with good humanitarian qualities. However, I know plenty of leaders that are poor as hell working in positions that give them a little bit of authority and it goes to their small little heads and they make life miserable for everybody working with them. I’ve gone to churches with preachers that were ripping off the congregations. So I’ve seen my share of poor ass leaders and I can safely say the wealthy leaders I know are a hundred percent better.

In my tribe we know all about nonverbal communication, we even communicate with dance and music. This are also forms of nonverbal communication. We know that one had to be self-aware and have self-love. It is the only way to guard against those who would do you mental and then physical harm.

Leaders, good ones, are all the things described in this article and I believe it is a calling like all positions in life. Good spiritual leaders are called. Good political leaders are called just as the article says. The problem arises when to many people find themselves in positions they weren’t call to and are not well suited for. It’s no financial status that determines if you will be a good leader or not Mark, it is character. You are proof of this.

I took a communications class and I remember them covering nonverbal ways of communicating. I wish I had paid more attention but all is well because now I understand it. Mark, what I really want to say is that you are a good leader because you teach us things that are only taught in college. Some of us can’t afford college and thanks to you we are learning it in our faith group. To me this is what needs to be taught. We need to understand how we relate to each other because it helps us relate to the Most High. I think too many people don’t understand basic things about human behavior so they just aren’t sure what to believe or what they are dealing with most of the time. People are confused. There are so many messages out there and they should be able to turn to their clergy for guidance and that simply isn’t helping. It’s like Kendra say’s. The church is failing to comfort people these days and all the old ways just don’t cut it in these new times. I’m glad I found a belief structure that does comfort, that clarifies, that explains, and that discusses the issues that trouble me, concern me, and worry me. We discuss the things that matter to me right now. Mark your very presence speaks to your role in life period. You look like a leader and you act like a leader. To me you embody all the things that make a humanitarian leader despite your financial status. No most wealthy people would not be suited for a leadership like trump, but you, and I have to believe others, would be perfect to lead a country.

First of all Luke, I absolutely agree with you. Just let him be the king and it’s all good.   . I love you too Mark.

Em Rocky is not slow. He was told that growing up and it’s a label that stuck with him but he is not slow at all. He is very bright. He is normal. He is good.

For those of you asking if it’s the same for men as it is for women, I think it shows itself differently. Men internalize bad emotions and they come out in other ways, Women do to actually. Men who abuse women, abuse children, use drugs excessively, drink too much, are sexual deviant, and turn to violence are examples of men who suffer from some form of low self-esteem. They can also be quiet and reserve like Jordan and Benson.

Barb, I’m doing darling  and I talk a lot to trust me…ask a family member. I am slowing down though because I can’t concentrate for long now. The MS is taking a toll. I’m up for an MRI because my medication doesn’t work very well so I really want to do the stem cell to see if that will help. :)

I think leadership is a calling like Kelton says. I think having the patients to put the effort into the job you undertaking starts with a calling. Now, many people find themselves in jobs they don't fit into because, like the docs have said several times, we need psychological testing. Far to often people look good on paper. They dress for the part, put on one of the many faces we all have, and this allows them to successfully hide who they really are. We are a nation that has so many requirements to qualify for employment or a position, all used for the purpose of disqualifying instead of evaluating. None of the qualifications address what a person is really about, who they are at their core. Psychological test should be mandatory with a primary focus the type of person one should be in a particular position. It should be a pre-hire part of the evaluation process. What is at a person’s core is what we all should be considering first and far most. Their financial status really doesn’t matter. Looking good on paper should not be the only thing considered for applicants because we live in a time when we really need to know where people stand at their core. Clearly bad people are not indigenous to any one group. Bro I know you feel this way but, you are fantastic leader you are too Luke, you’re just too quiet.

I went to a junior college and didn’t learn anything about body language or how to evaluate facial expressions. So it's good go know nonverbal communication is just as significant as verbal communication. I am definitely going to start paying closer attention.

I know many people who aren’t qualified to be in leadership positions but they are and they aren’t rich or wealthy. They are lucky enough to get into positions they don’t deserve to be in like my boss now. He is an asshole and makes the working environment hostile. Ryan told me to resign and I think I’m going to do that. Need I mention he loves trump and thinks it’s fine to rub our nose in his shit all the time. I went to the women’s march and he asked who all went. None of us answered because we weren’t going to give him any reason to make our working situation worse than it is. He threatened to check our facebook pages to see who went so I told him I was there. He laughed and nodded. Since then he’s been making it a point to say things to me about trump. Friday I took out my pussy hat and propped it on the side of my computer and he was so pissed. He kept coming back telling me how wonderful trump is and I covered my ears and started humming. He then told me to take the hat down and I put it on my head. He ranked the hat off my head and tossed it in the trash, basically daring me to get it out. One of the other males retrieved it for me and I went straight to human resources and filled out a complaint. I was so upset they told me to just go home for the day. Ryan called him and told him if he ever did anything threatening to his wife again he would be sorry. Bad man in a leadership position right? I’ve worked for some of the worse leaders on the planet.

Sometimes I think I don’t have good self-esteem. I was teased growing up because I was quiet and wore glasses. I hated school. My mom didn’t make it better. I didn’t have much self-confidence. It’s a little better now but I know about and I agree a good, humanitarian leader needs to have confidence.

Lydia you quit! Don’t go back. You don’t have to take that shit. I’ll pull up the slack but you quit!

As for visiting ghettos…I don’t go into a danger zone unprepared. They respect honest believe it or not, finding strength in it. Just because they live in the ghetto doesn’t mean they don’t have a moral code, a sense if ethics, and a semblance of what is honorable. I just talk to them in a language they can understand. I let them know we are there to see where we can best help them. Then I tell them what our jobs are. I have had a few decide they want to be agents. They think that’s how I got rich. I let them think that. The point is having and aspiration right. It feels good and yes I started out joining Sir Paul years ago. Mark, Luke and I have kept the tradition.
