Sometimes we have to except the painful truth. As much as I would like to see a democracy that works, I don’t think it’s possible with humanity as it is right now. If we can’t even elect a woman for president. If we can’t get enough qualified younger people to run for president against a tyrant, three old white men, that’s our choices wow! I just don’t see how things will ever change and it’s not the fault of the leadership, it’s the people who put them in leadership positions and allow them to practically rot in their positions refusing to vote them out even when they see they are doing far more damage than good. Trump still has followers. As long as there are people who refuse to see reason, truth, logic we will never have a true democracy. So, bring on a better way that will force equality, justice for all, and a fair chance to prosper.
